Great Lent Vesper Services

March 5th, 2017

Dear brothers and sisters,

Please be advised that our church-school congregation of St. Steven of Decani will have a Lenten vesper service at our church on Saturday, March 18, 2017 at 6:00 PM, in the presence of our Bishop and clergy of our Diocesan Deanery.

Reverend father Predrag Samardzic will deliver the sermon at this holy service.

After the church service, a Lenten dinner prepared by our Circle of Serbian sisters will be served in our church hall.

We ask all our members and parishioners, children and their parents from our Folklore group and Sunday school, as well as all our faithful pepole and friends to come with their families to this holy service, to pray together to God, asking from Him to grant us the grace of the Holy Spirit, also peace, love and joy in our homes, and harmony and unity in our beautiful Church. If you can, please plan to come a little earlier, so that we can welcome our bishop, clergy and visitors who will come from the surrounding churches, to be as great hosts as we traditionally are.

We look forward to seeing you, brothers and sisters, at our holy church, and we ask from our God peace and His blessing for all of you.

In Christ,
Your priest
