Milos Kovic (Sabac, 1969) is a Serbian historian, doctor of historical sciences and assistant professor at the Faculty of Philosophy, University of Belgrade. His research areas are International Relations (late 18th - early 20th century), History of Political Ideas (late 18th - early 20th century).

Milo Lompar graduated from the Faculty of Philology in Belgrade, (Group for Yugoslav Literatures and General Literature). He obtained his doctorate at the same faculty with a thesis on the Historical, Poetic and Literary Heritage of the Eighteenth and Nineteenth Centuries in the late works of Milos Crnjanski before a committee composed of Academician Nikola Milosevic, prof. dr. Jovan Deretić and prof. dr. Novica Petkovic. At the Faculty of Philology in Belgrade he is a professor of the subjects of Serbian literature of the 18th and 19th centuries and the Cultural History of Serbs. He was the General Manager of Policy a.d. in the period 2005–2006. years.
